Sitting Room 2 overlooks the private courtyard garden at the rear of the house, and the georgian style french doors can be opened back in warm weather.As this room faces north, it is cool in the summer, and in the winter, the modern log burner effect gas fire makes it an ideal haven to curl up on the comfortable sofa with a good book. This room has a television with separate Freeview and a video/DVD recorder. A basket holds a selection of tourist information leaflets and guides, as well as maps. A large ordinance survey map of the area is on the dining room wall. There is a comprehensive guest information folder with details of restaurants, specialist shops and of course information about the facilities at Holly-Garth
