Mr and Mrs P and Family of Scotland	Dec-09	My family and I spent a wonderful Christmas at Holly-Garth 2009. It was our second visit to the cottage, so we already knew we would be very comfortable and cosy. The owners Ann and Nick are very friendly and most accommodating and had gone to great trouble to add extra touches with a Christmas Tree inside and out and lots of lovely baubles, making it a real home from home. The cottage is very well equipped with everything that you could possibly need for a family holiday at any time of the year, including cot, highchair and stairgate for our little grandson Harry. Helmsley is a beautiful market town in North Yorkshire and a favourite place of ours, with so much to see and do right on the doorstep of the cottage. Holly-Garth is deceptively spacious inside with two lounges and two televisions (so no fighting over programmes) and large kitchen-dining room which can comfortably seat eight plus highchair. We would highly recommend it to others.
