Built in the 1930s, considerably extended and improved to a high standard in recent years, Holly-Garth is a comfortable semi-detached property. It enjoys a quiet position only a few minutes walk from the centre of Helmsley. Although its position means that you will be close to the centre of things and all that this busy little town has to offer, Holly-Garth is quiet and peaceful, a comfortable home from home. The sheltered and very private courtyard garden at the rear makes it ideal for relaxing summer holidays, while the real log fire and the comfortable interior make for a cosy winter retreat.

Bedlinen and Towels (one hand and bath towel per person)
Starter pack of scuttle of coal and basket of logs for the fire (1st October - 31st March only)

For those who wish to get away from it all, but need to remain in contact with work or friends, Holly-Garth is equipped with wireless broadband, so that if you have a laptop with wireless facility, you will be provided with a network key on arrival and will be able to connect quickly and easily to the internet.

For those dark winter nights or on rainy days when you just want to stay in, we have equipped the house with a large screen HD Plasma TV and DVD/BluRay player, as well as Satellite TV.
